CCW Incident National Database is the only free data resource on CCW incidents. You are encouraged to submit incidents with a link to a credible news source with the intention of crowdsourcing data that proves a Good Guy with a Gun can make a positive difference.

Why We Exist

The CCW Incident National Database (CCWIND) was created to document events involving CCW permit holders on a nationwide basis. We document both positive and negative outcomes based on credible news sources. The database is free to use (registration required) and you are encouraged to contribute incidents to the database. Incident submissions are reviewed for accuracy and if approved by our database administrators approved for publication and included in our aggregate CCW statistics pages.
